The Brazil Africa Institute (IBRAF) and its partners, Embrapa, the German Corporation for International Cooperation GmbH (GIZ), the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) and the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), present the Youth Technical Training Program (YTTP) Activities Report. This year’s edition took place at Embrapa Cassava and Fruit in Cruz das Almas, State of Bahia.
The document consists of a summary of the activities, theoretical and practical, which the 26 young people from Ghana, Malawi, and Nigeria participated from November 4th to 8th this year. They attended a workshop on post-harvest processing of cassava and were able to learn new techniques to add value to their products when they returned to Africa.
