Brazil Africa Forum


Already established as the main event focused on the relations between Brazil and the African continent, is the flagship event of the Brazil Africa Institute, held annually. BAF brings together global leaders, representatives from the public and private sector, academics, entrepreneurs and investors to dialogue and build synergies. The event provides high-level discussions, networking and social interaction opportunities and media visibility to participants.

Seminar Renewable Energy in Brazil and Africa


On March 30, 2021, the Brazil Africa Institute held the Seminar Renewable Energy in Brazil and Africa: the Clean Engines of Economic Development. The event gathered a distinguished group of speakers to discuss the main trends in the energy sector, actions to achieve decarbonization, climate change and the impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic. The event held a six hours live-streamed program and counted on the participation of an audience spread all over the world.

With a program that combines theoretical and practical knowledge, IBRAF seeks to encourage participants to develop in their countries what they have learned in Brazil, creating thus irradiating points for the transference of know-how.

IFP seeks to offer Professors, Ph.D. candidates, Masters students, specialists, and professionals the opportunity to have a concrete experience in an Organization focused on international relations. The fellows are able to explore, understand, and disclose good practices and projects in socio-economic development.
