Brazil Africa Forum 2026 reaches its 14th edition focused on natural wealth and sustainable development

The Brazil Africa Institute will host the 14th edition of the Brazil Africa Forum on November 11 and 12, 2026, at the Renaissance Hotel in São Paulo, consolidated as the leading platform for dialogue between Brazil, the African continent, and strategic partners from around the world.

Under the theme “Natural Wealth and Prosperity: Transforming Resources into Sustainable Economic Development,” the event brings together government leaders, investors, entrepreneurs, academics, and civil society representatives from Brazil, Africa, and beyond to address one of the most pressing challenges of the global economy: how to turn natural resource abundance into real and lasting prosperity for people and nations.

Critical minerals, clean energy, water, biodiversity, and fertile soils are no longer secondary assets. They are the foundation of the next global economic order. Brazil and Africa together hold a significant share of these strategic resources, and the moment calls for definitive choices about how they will be developed, governed, and distributed.

Over two days of plenary sessions, thematic panels, side events, an exhibition space, and high-level networking, the Forum will examine investment models, regulatory frameworks, governance innovations, and cooperation mechanisms capable of converting natural wealth into sustainable human development.
