Doing Business in LAC: Indian researchers study business environments in Brazil

The business environment of Brazil is the object of study of two Indian researchers. Sanjana Medipally and Aakanksha Lohia of the Center for African, Latin American and Caribbean Studies (CALACS) are in the country to develop the modules of the ‘Doing Business in LAC’ program, a training aimed at Indian executives interested in joining or expanding business in Latin America and the Caribbean. The program is an initiative of the Brazil Africa Institute in partnership with O. P. Jindal Global University (JGU) and is supported by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). During the month of July, the two researchers will meet with representatives of public authorities, class entities, banks and other organizations based in the cities of Fortaleza and São Paulo.
